LetzQ Carousel
The LetzQ Carousel is a tray and skewer system that attaches to your LetzQ Spit and gives you a set of six rotating skewers, three rotating trays, or a combination of the two.
It’s a fabulous way of cooking racks of ribs, souvlaki skewers, or trays of BBQ vegetables.
Which combination is right for your cook?
The LetzQ Carousel consists of two circular end plates that attach to the spit of your rotisserie. There are six skewers and three trays.
The trays and skewers can be used in the following combinations:
- Three trays.
- Two trays, two skewers.
- One tray, four skewers.
- Six skewers.
Will it fit your Big Green Egg or Kamado Joe?
The LetzQ Carousel will fit either the LetzQ Spit 18″ or 24″ (for Large and XL Big Green Eggs and the Kamado Joe Classic and Big Joe models. It also fits the Joetisserie for the Classic or Big Joe.
It will also fit other rotisseries with a standard 5/16″ or 8mm spit rod. The recommended internal diameter of the rotisserie should be 45.5cm or greater so the skewers clear as they rotate.
